Elizabeth Lauten founded Endeavor Physical Therapy with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional care that empowers patients to reach their goals faster and more effectively. She is committed to providing personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual’s unique needs, ensuring her clients have access to the best resources and support available. With a holistic approach, Elizabeth treats the whole person, taking into account assessing the whole body (not just the injury site), lifestyle, and wellness. This comprehensive care model ensures not only physical recovery or absence of disease but also overall well-being, helping patients thrive in every aspect of life.
A dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy, Elizabeth graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2019. She has built a strong foundation in outpatient physical therapy and pelvic health, working with a wide range of patients and focusing on achieving optimal fitness and wellness. Elizabeth’s expertise includes specialized techniques like dry needling, electrical dry needling, blood flow restriction, body tempering, as well as functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, fitness athletes, and endurance sports. She holds certifications as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Herman & Wallace PF1, and Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMS) Level 1 Specialist. She is certified in dry needling and dry needling for pelvic conditions through The American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Elizabeth’s holistic approach, combined with her diverse qualifications and personal passion for health and fitness, allows her to uniquely support individuals in reaching their fitness and wellness goals.
